In 2004 Splendid Ltd had been certified under the quality management system ISO 9001:2000. The certificate reflects the politics of quality and documentation for built system of quality for construction projects, corresponding to the international standard ISO 9001.

Construction Company “Splendid” ltd has signed in the Principal professional Register of constructor with a decision of the board and written statement No.0025/09.02.2008.

On the base of article 5, paragraph 1 of Order regulations for signing in and managing the Principal professional Register of constructor, Construction Company “Splendid” Ltd has signed in the register for execution of construction for the following: First group – for high construction projects, contiguous infrastructure, electronic communication nets and installations.

On the base of article 5, paragraph 4 of Order regulations for signing in and managing the Principal professional Register of constructor, Construction Company “Splendid” Ltd has signed in the register for execution of construction for the following: Construction from first till fifth category – (except for those base on article 5, paragraph 6, item 1.1.5 and 1.2.3).

The specific type of construction for which has executed the present certificate is specified in article 5, paragraph 6 from the Order regulations for signing in and managing the Principal professional Register of constructor with mentioned limitations.

Constructors which are liable to enter in the register are those which execute buildings on the territory of Republic Bulgaria from first till fifth category in order of article 137, paragraph 1 from the Law of organization of the territory or different kind of construction and fitting works, listed in the National classification of economical activities, position 45 “Construction”, as well as holdings which dispose of their organizational structure construction companies signed in the register.

Construction Company “Splendid” has license for combined trade mark which protects company name and colors. Classes for which trade mark is registered are 36 and 37, which envelop services accomplished in bound with financial and money deals and all kind of insurance contracts; services done by construction contractors and executors in area of construction and repair of solid buildings, as well as services executed by physical person or organizations, which are interesting in repairing of the initially condition and preservation of projects and articles, without any change of physical and chemical qualities. The right over the trade mark has gain with registry consider the date of handing over the application form. The time limit of activation is 10 years of the date of which is handed application form. After the trade mark is settled responding to requirements of law, then has take the decision for the registration of the trade mark. The trade mark is entered in the Country register of trade marks and to claimant is given a trade mark license.
